FlatPe is maintenance collection and dues tracking software for housing societies, resident associations and clubs in India. You add your units and members with the monthly maintenance amount, record payments as they arrive, see who has not paid and remind them on WhatsApp. ### Who is FlatPe for? Secretaries, treasurers and managers of apartment societies and RWAs, and administrators of clubs and associations that collect a regular subscription from members. ### How does FlatPe handle monthly maintenance? You add a unit with its monthly maintenance amount and add the member who belongs to it. A maintenance charge then falls due each month. You record each payment when it arrives, and FlatPe shows who has paid and who has not. Quarterly and yearly cycles are also available. ### Can I add a one-time charge, like a repair levy? Yes. You can add a one-time extra charge with your own label, such as "Repair levy", to a member. Older dues that were outstanding before you started can be carried over the same way. ### Can FlatPe send WhatsApp reminders to members who have not paid? Yes. For each member with pending maintenance, FlatPe opens WhatsApp with a polite reminder already written and addressed to that member. You review it and tap send from your own WhatsApp number. ### Does FlatPe calculate late fees or interest? No. FlatPe does not add late fees or interest automatically. You can add a one-time extra charge yourself if your bye-laws provide for one. ### Is FlatPe accounting software for society audits? No. FlatPe tracks maintenance dues and payments; it does not produce balance sheets, audited statements or statutory registers.
